Texas Hot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
16 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon dried cilantro
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
jalapeno slices
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper (less if you like)
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
Directions
- In a blender combine all ingredients except crushed tomatoes, blend for 30 seconds.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Dip with tostados.
